Reunion Banquet in St Trinnean's Room, St Leonard's Hall - 15th October 2016

 

The Reunion banquet was held in the delightfully-named St Trinnean's Room in St Leonard's Hall at the Pollock Halls. A welcome 'solvent' was kindly provided by the Alumni Office. After dinner, George Mieras entertained us all with an amusing and nostalgic speech. Lindsay Sawyer gave us some amusing reminiscences and was joined by John Bone to sing The Gas Liquid Chromatography Machine. The evening was rounded off by participation by almost everyone reciting or in some cases singing the verses from The Trial  (of our lecturers) from 1966.
